However, the flexible packaging market is constantly changing. Therefore, Mamata’s offer includes not only converting machines but also packaging machines.
The packaging machinery department includes lines for horizontal and vertical bag production and automatic product packaging.
The HFFS model is a line that forms and seals bags horizontally, and then feeds the weighted product into ready-made packaging. Changing from one production to another takes only up to 45 minutes, as the sealers, punches and folding modules are operated by independent servo motors and drives. Thanks to this, the machine can restore a saved recipe from memory and set itself in a position without the need for mechanical adjustments by the operator.
Another solution is the Vega Pack VFC line – a model for vertical production of tiny bags and their packaging. This model can pack small sachets at a speed of up to 220 cycles per minute.
